// In the harmonious intersection of music and travel, Expedia and Spotify joined forces to create an unforgettable experience. The mission: to craft the ultimate travel playlist—a melodic passport to destinations around the world. From bustling city streets to serene mountaintops, each song would evoke the spirit of a place. And what better canvas to showcase this symphony than a mobile-responsive website?

As a Senior Designer at Pacific, I embarked on this creative voyage. Our branding needed to resonate with both Expedia’s identity and Spotify’s musical essence.

Crafting the branding

// Flat geometric style illustrations became our visual language—a fusion of art and travel. These custom-made visuals echoed the promise of personal experiences, inviting users to explore the world through music. Our website danced to the rhythm of the playlist. On desktop, it sprawled like an open road, beckoning users to discover tracks, read about their origins, and immerse themselves in sonic wanderlust. On mobile, it condensed into a pocket-sized jukebox, ready to accompany travelers on their flights and train rides. Animations swirled like stardust, transitioning seamlessly between pages.
