Season 2022
The 2022 League of Legends Season celebrated the game’s competitive spirit, aiming to reignite excitement among global players and esports fans. The initiative sought to reimagine what the Season could represent for the community.
Bruno served as the Senior Visual Designer for the Season 2022 marketing launch, leading the creation of the Brand Identity, Key Arts, and UI Visual Targets. He collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver a visually rich and immersive experience that resonated with the League of Legends player base worldwide.
The updated Season Start 2022 logo appears in burnished gold metal that is scarred and battle-worn with nicks and scratches. The logo holds its own when paired with game art, and functions just as well in 2D, appearing in different colors or with a metallic sheen, or as a “sponge” for game-related imagery.

To cultivate anticipation and ignite curiosity, the interstitial screen blazed daily, becoming an incandescent stage of pure excitment.
Hub UX
+Visual Design
The Season 2022 in-client hub allowed players to search, browse, preview, and purchase the wide variety of monetization features using fewer clicks. Players had the flexibility to switch between Riot’s portfolio of games and products, following the Season 2022 live events in real time.
